These terms govern your use of the Pharmex website and your purchase of products from us. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Ordering
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where we believe the product is not suitable for the customer, as determined by our pharmacists.
Pricing
All prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We make every effort to ensure pricing is accurate, but reserve the right to correct any errors.
Pharmacy Services
Certain products may require a pharmacist review before dispatch. We will contact you if additional information is needed. Our pharmacists may decline to supply a product if they believe it is not in your best interest.
Liability
Pharmex Ltd is registered in England and Wales. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the products ordered. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by English law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
