30-Day Returns
You may return any unused, unopened product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original sealed packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened or used medicines and health products
- Prescription-only medicines
- Personalised or made-to-order items
How to Return
To arrange a return, please contact our team with your order number. We will provide a returns address and process your refund within 5–7 working days of receiving the item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
