Is Pharmex a registered pharmacy?
Yes. Pharmex is fully registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC), registration number 9012345. All products are dispensed and checked by qualified pharmacists.
How long will delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 2–3 working days. Next-day delivery is available on orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday. See our Delivery Information page for full details.
Is my order sent in discreet packaging?
Absolutely. All orders are dispatched in plain, unbranded packaging with no indication of the contents or sender.
Can I speak to a pharmacist?
Yes. Our qualified pharmacists are available via our contact page. We are happy to answer any questions about your medicines or health concerns.
What payment methods do you accept?

Can I return a product?
Yes, unused and unopened products can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Please see our Returns Policy for more details.
Do you ship outside the UK?
Currently we only deliver within the United Kingdom. We hope to expand our delivery options in the future.

Yes. We only stock genuine, UK-licensed medicines sourced from authorised pharmaceutical wholesalers. Every product is checked by our pharmacists before dispatch.
